June 18, 2011

Saturday June 18th is the day our life changed forever! Our sweet adorable Carson Andrew Cook was born. He came two days late (torture), but before our set induction (Yay!). He weighed 8lbs 3oz (chunk) and was 21inches long. As I held our little boy in my arms for the first time, fresh from heaven, my heart was forever changed. My heart was filled with a new kind of love. A kind of love I never knew I could have for such a tiny little guy! I love my being his Mama and I am so happy that I get to love him, teach him, and hug him tight for the rest of forever!

This melts my heart. Why did he have to grow up and decide snuggle time like this is not fun. Miss this!

He was EXACTLY the same size as my first, Brandon. I was thinking I'd have a 6 pounder. Nope. Both of my girls were smaller than him and their births were SO much easier.

You look amazing for just giving birth! So happy for you and your little family.

I LOVE your little belly!!! Mine is about that size right now :p. Can't wait to finally meet him in a few weeks. :)
