Well... it's about time I update

As usual I am slacking with updating! After Rob and I were done with summer school back in July, we jetted over to California for a vacation to celebrate our one year. It wasn't quite our one year, August 9th was the actual date, but we got a smoking deal on a nice resort in San Diego so we went early. Rob and I had sooooooooooo much fun. For the first three days we were in San Diego. We went to Sea World.... Rob has not been since he can remember, so that was fun and new for him. I love the dolphins. If I could I would have a pet dolphin if I could. We also went to the Beach, rented beach cruisers, went to Sea Port Village, and went to the temple. I was so excited to finally get to go in the San Diego temple. I went to the open house when I was younger but only could remember a few things. Sand Diego has always been my favorite temple!! While we were in the temple there was an earthquake in LA and we could feel it. The chandlers and everything in the temple were swaying back and fourth.... I had no idea what was going on until it was over. After it was over the temple worker just calmly and simple said "Welcome to California... You couldn't have been in a safer place." Pretty much it was crazy, but cool experience. For the last two days we went to LA and went to Six Flags. That was fun, but Rob and I rode way too many roller coasters and by the end of the day our heads were killing us! Anyway, we had a blast and were so happy to get a way for a while!
